Gary
The hotel location was great since it was close to the lake and offered beautiful views. They also had a variety of spa treatments available which was a bonus. Additionally, there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained.
Our experience was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful nor friendly, and seemed to lack training. The food quality was below average and not worth the price. The rooms were not well maintained and smelled musty. our New Year’s stay was not what we had hoped for and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was well placed for Weggis facilities including Lake and Rigi trips.
Car Park access can be tight but nevertheless spaces were available.

Very peaceful and serene environment at the hotel which also reflects in each and every thing in the room. The spa is simply wonderful. The breakfast is made from freshest ingredients possible. Overall, I feel rejuvenated after being there

We had a wonderful stay! Best aspects were the clean facilities, nice hotel amenities, great location by the lake, and friendly staff. Breakfast was delightful!
No negatives from this place.

the wellness and spa very friendly staff in the restaurant
the superior rooms: no separation between bathroom/toilet and bedroom, so if you use the toilet during the night, the other person in the room wakens up... no air conditioning we changed rooms and i forgot an important medicine, the staff just told me they hadn't found it, which was simply a lie, they just threw it into the waste...not enough respect and concern for the clients...

They had a lovely wellness floor. The double room was very clean with natural stone and wood floors. The breakfast was continental but very extensive and fresh. The location was close to the lake and the superior rooms had a balcony and a view of the lake. There was a kettle and a large supply of towels and face cloths. Overall good value for money. There was wireless internet that worked well in the lobby of the hotel.
The shower room and toilet were open at the top and the side so there is no privacy. Parking is slightly tricky but around 12 ChF for 2-4 days, so not too bad.

Spent New Year's at a hotel by the lake. Nice spa with several relaxing features. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Conveniently located close to attractions and restaurants. The view from the room was fantastic.
The room descriptions were misleading, and we did not get the view we wanted. The restaurant service was slow and we had to wait a long time between courses.

Nice and perfectly clean room and facilities, very quiet, great location and view, delicious breakfast. Staff was friendly and attentive. The home made jam they gave us upon checking out was a really nice touch! Overall excellent experience.
Practically, no parking available for hotel quests. You have to use the public parking which is very tricky, because there are not too many places available around the hotel. Public parking, however, is cheap - it costs only chf 6.00 for 24h, and they give you a map of the spots at the reception. Another downside we found was the lack of air-conditioning in the room, for a 4* hotel. Try to avoid the fourth floor rooms, as the hotel roof is a flat bed, so forth (and last) floor can get really hot in sunny days... and the room stays hot until midnight... There was a mini-bar in the room but it was empty. Would have been nice to have some drinks there. The double bed we requested was actually two twin beds/mattresses put together with a gap of like 5-6 cm between them.

nice restaurant, with cousy terrace
poor room, small. Ugly toilette. For swimming pool indoor you have to walk out the hotel and reach city swimmingpool. Not really effective

Most of the staff were very friendly - we were greeted warmly with a glass of prosecco. The room was immaculate and had a nice view. The spa was also sparkling clean and has a great range of facilities.
The spa prices are not very consistent and the information/advice I received on the phone regarding treatments was incorrect. A 50 minute full body massage costs 90.- per person. A couple's massage costs 235.- When I asked about the large difference in price, I was told the couple's massage lasted longer, but it does not. You pay 55 more simply for getting the massage in the same room and nothing more. Another thing that should be mentioned: The older women at both the the hotel reception and the spa reception were considerably less friendly than the other staff members.

Located just on the outskirts of a beautiful Vierwaldstattersee area, the hotel was a calm getaway. The "Flavour" restaurant served tasty dishes that were worth every penny. The rooms were simple yet cozy, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast was minimum but enough to start your day. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, adding to the comfort of the stay. the personnel was always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Parking was a hassle at times, and the resort had limited parking options, which could be improved.

This hotel has the high professional wellness team and infrastructure which, together with its modest prices for the accommodation, makes it for me a prime-address for a relaxing easy-going weekend. I've been there several times and never disappointed.

The hotel was well situated and had great facilities for a restful stay with a good spa . Staff were helpful and spoke very good English. We ate one evening meal at the hotel which although expensive was very good, breakfasts were excellent. The view across the lake and mountains from the 4th floor was a bonus even if it did include some rooftops.
